How do I care for and wash my Woolroom products?
Many of our products are part of our 'Washable' range and can be machine washed on a wool cycle with specialist wool detergent. However, some items are dry clean only, so please check the specific care label on your product for instructions.
What is the Wool ID® traceability program?
Our Wool ID® program allows you to trace the wool in your product back to the specific farm where it was sourced. This ensures the highest standards of animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and quality for our customers.
Do you offer a sleep trial on your mattresses and bedding?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial on our mattresses and a 30-night sleep trial on specific bedding sets. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep quality, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold, while smaller orders carry a flat-rate fee. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
