Returns & Exchanges

At Woolroom, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items and a unique 100-night sleep trial on our wool bedding sets. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original wool-safe packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned wool goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
